1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Meta Gold website (https://metagold.eu.org) and its related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to open an account and use our Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of our services is prohibited by law or regulation. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services is compliant with all laws applicable to you.
3. Description of Services
Meta Gold provides a multi-strategy investment platform that offers users access to professionally managed portfolios. These portfolios provide exposure to various asset classes, including but not limited to:
Crypto Staking: Earning rewards by participating in Proof-of-Stake (PoS) networks.
DeFi Liquidity Pools: Earning fees by providing liquidity to decentralized exchanges.
Stock Market Investments: Exposure to public equities and ETFs.
4. User Account and Responsibilities
Account Creation: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@metagold.eu.org of any unauthorized use of your account.
One Account Per User: Each user is permitted to have only one account. Operating multiple accounts may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Fees
Deposits: Deposits can be made via the methods specified on our platform. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the deposit information (e.g., wallet addresses).
Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed from your "Available Balance" and are subject to the withdrawal policies and timelines outlined on the platform. Capital locked in an active investment plan cannot be withdrawn until the plan matures.
Fees: You acknowledge and agree that Meta Gold charges Management and/or Performance Fees on your invested capital and/or profits, as detailed in our investment plan descriptions.
6. Risk Disclosure
Investment in financial markets, including cryptocurrencies and stocks, involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You acknowledge and agree that:
NO GUARANTEED RETURNS: Meta Gold does not promise or guarantee any specific returns on your investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
RISK OF LOSS: The value of your investments can fluctuate, and you may lose some or all of your principal. You should only invest funds that you can afford to lose.
MARKET & TECHNICAL RISKS: You are aware of the risks associated with digital assets and decentralized finance, including market volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, and regulatory changes.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Using the Services for any illegal purpose, including money laundering or financing of terrorism.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.
Using any automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the platform without our express permission.
Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services, at our sole discretion, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you will be permitted to withdraw any funds in your "Available Balance," subject to our withdrawal policies.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Meta Gold website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Meta Gold and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meta Gold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Services.
11. Amendments to Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
